SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, on October 28, 2005, Margaret R Adams executed a certain deed of trust to George McFall Attny, Trustee for the use and benefit of New Century Mortgage Corporation, which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica, County, state of Mississippi, in Book 200, Page 548; and

WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-C, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, the current holder and/or assignee, substituted Jauregui & Lindsey, LLC as Trustee by instrument recorded in the Chancery Clerk’s Office on January 22, 2018 in Book 279, Page 415; and

WHEREAS, Default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-C, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee in said deed of trust, will on March 8, 2018 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Tunica County in Tunica, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Tunica County, Mississippi, to wit:

You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in the Court by Rosie Caivn,  Petitioner, seeking to quiet the title of her interest in real estate located in the Southwest Quarter, the Southeast Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Section32, Township 7 South, Range 11 West, Tunica County, Mississippi.

Defendants other than you in this action are: Jamie Cavin, Rodrick Williams, Almeta Cavin, Gaynelle Cavin Youngblood, Cabot Douglas Cavin, Jennifer D. Johnson, Jessica E. Jackson, a single person, executed a deed of trust to American Title Company, Inc., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for ResMAE Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 207 at Page 224 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Tunica, State of Mississippi; and
