WHEREAS, on 26th day of October, 2011, Velva Aubert executed a certain Deed of Trust to FNC Title Services, LLC , Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for American Advisors Group its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, State of Mississippi in Book/Instrument No. 241 at Page 289; and

WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Land Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land, property, and all fixtures in accordance with the terms of said Land Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Substitute Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale.

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

GRANDVISTA VACATION SUITES AT TUNICA

WHEREAS, on (See Exhibit “A”), Borrower(s), (See Exhibit “A”) executed a certain Deed of Trust to Grandvista Escrow, LLC, Trustee for the benefit of Grandvista Vacation Suites at Tunica, LLC, recorded in Book (See Exhibit “A”), Page (See Exhibit “A”) of the records in the Chancery Clerk’s office of Tunica County, Mississippi (“Deed on Trust”), to secure the payment of a Promissory Note and other indebtedness therein described; and

WHEREAS, an Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated December 30, 2015, was recorded in the Tunica County Chancery Clerk for Tunica County, Mississippi, in Book 268, Page 468-469, wherein Gloria Dean McKnight was vested with title to the property described below as Substitute Trustee with all the authority vested in the original Trustee; and
