Shirley Ann Merritt, 74, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven, Miss. Ms. Merritt was born April 14, 1936 in Swifton, Arkansas.
Ms. Merritt was a member of the Church of Christ, an avid bingo player and was crowned the 2009 Miss Tunica Nursing Home winner.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Merritt, daughter Sheila Ann Merritt, and grandchildren Larry Wayne Manues Jr. and April Denise Manues Dawson.
