Town will regulate low speed vehicles
A July 31 hearing on the town’s proposed low speed vehicle ordinance produced only positive comments last week, prompting town aldermen to pass the new law regulating the vehicles this week.
“I think it’s a great idea,” Ched Walton said to open the discussion last Thursday.
“We can use this as a positive for our community – and we could use something positive,” commented resident Nolen Canon.
“I’m for it,” Buddy Allen said.
