Cookin with The Columns: Casserole, anyone?
I’ve told you before that I love asparagus. It’s one of my favorite vegetables. I really prefer fresh aspargus but this one’s a good casserole with the canned kind. I think you could do the same casserole with fresh peas and fresh asparagus (just cook them first before making the casserole!) But this is a quick casserole to make if you just want something different for dinner.
