Billy Spencer retires from banking

After thirty-nine (39) years in banking, I am scheduled to retire at the end of December 2013.
I was born in a family of ten, four brothers and five sisters. Thanks to the encouragement of my family, especially my mother, I was the only one of the ten to attend college.
