Each year the Community Friends of ICS, Inc. award scholarships to area high school students in each of the 13 counties served by the Institute of Community Services, Inc. (ICS) in the amount of $750.00 for two students in each county, stated Roger Givens, Chair of Community Friends of ICS, Inc.   
Funds raised from the annual Community Friends Gospel Extravaganza supports this effort with Stella Award winners Lee Williams and The Spiritual QC’s, Doc McKenzie & the Hi-Lites, the William Brothers, Keith Wonder Boy and many other local gospel groups.
