Cookin with The Columns: Simple for summer
Well, we complained too long about winter, that it was not leaving soon enough. Now summer is here for good, but the sunshine and warm days are better than the cold ones. Everyone is excited about summer this time of the year--vacation plans, camps, swimming and riding bikes. It’s a fun time, especially for school kids and teachers who are glad for a break. Students don’t realize that it’s really the teachers who are ready for school to be out! That’s the only thing I miss about teaching school--summers off! Here’s a great summertime recipe thats cool and quick and easy to make.
