Lady Rangers bow out

Northwest’s worst shooting performance of the season, and perhaps the worst in several years, came at an inopportune time in the first round of the MACJC Tournament as Jones County ran away with a 77-50 win to eliminate the Lady Rangers.
Northwest, the north’s No. 1 seed, dropped to 18-6 overall and had a four-game winning streak snapped.
