Cookin with The Columns: It's Eggcellent
This morning as I was cooking breakfast for guests at The Columns I wondered if I have ever given you this recipe for Surprise Eggs. The surprise is the salsa inside, but we always caution our guests that we don’t want them to also be surprised that they are so hot because we serve them straight out of the oven. They puff up kind of like a souffle and look so pretty, but they are very easy to make. You can make just one for yourself or you can easily make lots of them at one time.
