Rangers go 4-0 with win over Itawamba
SENATOBIA – Sophomore quarterback Domonique Harris threw for a career-high 275 yards and a pair of touchdowns and the Ranger offense was clicking on all cylinders Thursday night at Bobby Franklin Field in running away with a 49-7 win over 20th-ranked Itawamba.
Northwest stayed unbeaten on the season at 4-0 overall (3-0 north) and stretched its winning streak out to seven games dating back to last season. Itawamba fell to 3-2 overall and to 1-2 in the division.
The opening two drives for each team resulted in three-and-outs and it had the makings of what could be a defensive battle for a second-straight week.
