Two hundred three graduated from Union University July 28 during the summer commencement service of the 187th graduating class at West Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, Tenn.
Barbara McMillin, former dean of instruction at Union and new president of Blue Mountain College, delivered the commencement address. She challenged graduates to pursue being first in a number of ways in their lives, whether such achievements earn recognition or not.
