Cookin with The Columns: For summer bounty
This is the time of the year that everyone seems to have lots of zucchini in their garden. Lynn Ryals brought me this recipe that she made this week and says it’s very good. We’re not really fans of zucchini at my house but I think the same recipe would be good with broccoli or asparagus. We do love quiche so maybe I’ll try it with a different vegetable.
