Maybe I have given you a similar recipe before but this is a good summertime dessert.  I love to make desserts (and love to eat them).  In fact, on a Sunday afternoon when I don’t have anything else to do, I usually end up in the kitchen making cookies or a pie or a cake.  It’s just a relaxing thing to do for me.  
Last week I cleaned out my recipe box and remembered that I have lots of dessert recipes for things that I haven’t made in a while.  This is one of them--I’ve also heard it called Pig Pickin Cake or Pig Licken Cake or something like that.  I think it’s because it is so light you can easily “pig out” on when you are eating it!
