Cookin with The Columns: Light but tasty
Here’s another recipe for my Weight Watchers readers. It sounds really good to me, even though it’s in one of my favorite cookbooks under the category of “Low Fat & Light”.
Again, as I have said before, I think we Southerners need to begin to realize that a recipe that is low fat and light is not necessarily unappetizing or tasteless. We need to learn to leave out much of the fat and calories of some of our recipes and enjoy the flavors without the extra fat.
