NWCC among lowest net price nationwide
In the midst of fiscal uncertainty in American households about the Federal government’s debt ceiling and the stability of their own finances, Northwest Mississippi Community College students and parents can rest assured of one economic certainty—they are getting an incredible bargain when it comes to their bill for higher education.
According to the U. S. Department of Education’s College Affordability and Transparency Center, Northwest’s net price was the 60th least expensive among 1,061 public two-year colleges in the United States. With consideration to all 1,683 two-year or less than two-year public, private not-for-profit and private for-profit institutions, Northwest ranked 67th nationwide, making the college’s net price among the lowest four percent in the country.
