Reverend Thomas L. Hastings passed away Friday, March 25, 2011 at the age of 94 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. Services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 28 at Holy Innocents Episcopal Church in Como, Miss., with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery in Sardis, Miss.
Rev. Hastings was born Jan. 16, 1917 in Louisville, KY to Thomas and Anna Hastings. In May 1942, he graduated from the University of Louisville and in May 1945, from the General Theological Seminary in New York City.
