OF SALE

WHEREAS, on April 28, 2011, Marguerite Lee Walker, Married & Ulysses Walker, Married, executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Walter Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 238, at Page 125, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, Mississippi;

AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to First Union National Bank as Trustee, for Mid-State Trust XI, by instrument recorded in Book 281, at Page 360, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, on December 31, 2003, Hosie Nickson executed a certain Land Deed of Trust to Freddie J. Britt, Trustee for the benefit of Covenant Bank (now Planters Bank & Trust Company as successor by merger), recorded in Land Mortgage Book 185 beginning on page 550 of the records in the Chancery Clerk’s office of Tunica County, Mississippi, to secure the payment of a Promissory Note and other indebtedness therein described; by Substitution of Trustee dated May 10, 2018 and recorded May 10, 2018 in Land Mortgage Book 282 at page 347, Planters Bank & Trust Company substituted Andrew T. Dulaney as Substituted Trustee, and Planters Bank & Trust Company is now the holder and owner of said Promissory Note and other indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust and default has been made in the payment of said Promissory Note and other indebtedness and said Promissory Note and the entire indebtedness secured by said Land Deed of Trust have been declared due and payable by said Planters Bank & Trust Company.
