Cookin with The Columns: Road trip soup
Brooks and her two BFF’s went to Eureka Springs over spring break. They go off for a girlfriend’s getaway week every year. I think it’s a great idea--everyone should go off with their best friend (or friends) for a week and just rest and relax and have fun together. This year they found a new tea room that they really enjoyed. She brought me a cookbook that was published by the tea room. She said this soup was “to die for” and since it’s still so cold I thought you might enjoy a new soup recipe. If you can’t find fresh cilantro at your usual grocery store, you might try the new Mexican grocery that is on the highway at the corner of Magnolia.
