Cookin with The Columns: A soup perfect for St. Patrick’s Day
Since St. Patrick’s Day will be Sunday, I thought this would be an appropriate recipe. Meg recently got it from a friend and she says it is really good.
It’s not easy being (very) green, but it smells and tastes delicious! And it’s very healthy and diet friendly because it’s mainly just veggies and broth.
