Services for Marjorie Block Hansford, 98, were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at Tunica Presbyterian Church with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Hansford died peacefully at home on Jan. 14. She was born in Tunica on March 29, 1914 to Cornelius Henry Block and Josephine Brigham Block. She graduated from Tunica County High School and Soule Business School in New Orleans, LA. She was retired from civil service and a lifetime member of Tunica Presbyterian Church.
