COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS

A little girl watched as her grandfather hitched up his mule to plow his garden. 
“Is that mule a Christian?” she asked.  “Why would you think that?” her puzzled grandpa replied. The little girl, staring at the strange beast answered, “Because his face is so long!”
Christians should be the most joyous, happy, and thankful people on God’s green earth.  Yet often our lives do not reflect that joy, our speech does not confess it, and our faces do not show it.
