There are many of you who are doing Weight Watchers now, and I thought I would put another Weight Watchers recipe in for today.
This time of the year, everybody is thinking about soup. The colder it gets, the more I love to eat soup for dinner. We usually think of chowder as being a seafood dish but this one uses chunks of potatoes and corn instead. It sounds like it would be good even if you are not on a diet. In fact, we all should be more careful about how much we eat, so give this one a try!
