Board tackles cutoff woes, employees
An issue at the Tunica Cutoff and a new position with Tunica County opened discussion at the Board of Supervisors meeting on Oct. 15.
James Dean had an appointment with the board, saying he didn’t know where else to go.
According to Dean, he is a longtime resident of Tunica Cut-off. The camper he parked on his lot has been deemed in violation of the Nel-Win Homeowner’s Association covenants. Dean said he obtained all the necessary permits from Tunica County, but has been taken to court over the matter.
