Community creates plan for redistricting in county

A group of citizens asked the Board of Supervisors to consider their plan for redistricting, presenting them with a map and information on Oct. 15.
Robert Hall spoke on behalf of Concerned Citizens for a Better Tunica County and said the purpose of redistricting is to create “equal representation for each district.”
