Restaurant celebrates milestone
Since its opening in 1937, Tunica’s iconic eatery, the Blue and White, has been a stopping point for tens of thousands of patrons.
From Delta travelers passing to and from Memphis and duck hunters taking a break for a hot meal after a morning in the blind to world-famous celebrities, the Blue and White has served more meals than the populations of some small countries.
Now, in its 75th year of operation, the renowned restaurant is celebrating its birthday, compliments of a Tunica County Chamber of Commerce-sponsored shindig.
