Frank Raynor Starr Jr. of Sledge, 75, passed away at his home of heart failure on Aug. 18, 2012. He was a retired farmer and former Region One Mental Health A and D counselor in Tunica County.
A visitation was held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 20, at Kimbro Funeral Home. The funeral service followed at 11 a.m. Bro. Rickey Haynes officiated at the service. Burial followed at the Marks Cemetery in Marks, Miss. Kimbro Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
