Collectors coming after town’s delinquent fines

“We get all or she gets nothing,” Alderman Charley Knabb said.
Town clerk Celia Boren asked what information would be required.

“This administration and the previous administration have been working to come up with a way to bring us into compliance with that,” Cariker said, noting that the town has been supplementing the system’s operating costs by $600,000 to $700,000 a year.
